We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from ItalianWoodCarvings.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (however, customer pays for return shipping). Note that custom orders can not be returned.
Before returning any items, please obtain a Return Material Authorization Form and Code from info@ItalianWoodCarvings.com or call us at 512-517-3143. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item at all; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags; and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. A filled out RMA Form with confirmed RMA code must be included with the returned goods.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund.
Damaged Items claims must be made within 10 business days after they have been received. Please inform us immediately if an item has been damaged during shipping.
