Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns unless the product(s) in your order are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your order must be in its original packaging. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before processing the refund.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
