When did St. Nicodemus live: in the first century

Biography of St. Nicodemus:
Nicodemus was a Pharisee and member of the Sanhedrin, who visited Jesus because he had come to the conclusion, that Jesus was a teacher of God. As the Sanhedrin was discussing the law concerning the arrest of Jesus, he showed favor for him. After Jesus' crucifixion, he helped Joseph of Arimathea in preparing the dead body for the burial. According to Christian tradition, Nicodemus was martyred sometime in the first century.
