Each figurine is made of a single piece of mountain wood, hand carved by sculptors according to their own sketches, drafts and ideas and then painted and decorated by hand with great care by qualified painters. The larger a figurine is, the more elaborate are usually the wood carvings and hand paintings of a piece.

Up to size 16" are usually hand carved in selected Mountain Maple Wood, 24" and up in Linden Wood. Because the statues we list are hand made and painted in Italy by Italian artists, we custom import your statue from Italy for you. We generally have weekly bulk shipments of statue orders being sent from Italy. Once you order a statue you can generally expect it to arrive in about 3 weeks, allowing for international and domestic shipping times.

For statues 12" or larger, nativity sets over $350, or crosses and crucifixes 18" or larger, drop shipping from Italy is available to get your item quicker, but starts at $35 and goes up from there.
