Each figurine is made of a single piece of mountain wood, hand carved by sculptors according to their own sketches, drafts and ideas and then painted and decorated by hand with great care by qualified painters. The larger a figurine is, the more elaborate are usually the wood carvings and hand paintings of a piece.

Up to size 16" are usually hand carved in selected Mountain Maple Wood, 24" and up in Linden Wood.
