Saint Adelphus of Remiremont Figurine Models

Portrayal and Imagery: Shown as a benedictine abbot with an abbot's-crosier, a book, and a cross around his neck. Hand carved in Maple wood and hand painted by professional artists. Made in Italy. He was born to a wealthy family and received a good education before accepting the post as the third benedictine abbot of the monastery of Remiremont. He was  the grandson of St. Romaricus who was his predecessor. He died in 670 in Luxeuil (France). There have been numerous miracles at his grave.
