Feast Day: February 14th
Representation and Portrayal: shown as St. Alexandra of Egypt whilst praying.
Alexandra was born in Alexandria and was a hermit who locked herself in a tomblike structure with one window for food while she was young. It is said that she did this to escape the temptations of a man, because she wanted to keep her soul pure. She spent most of her time praying, working and meditating on the lives of important holy figures in the past.
