Saint Christina was a martyr whose death came from the hands of her father, who was an officer of the Emperor Septimius. He locked Christina in a tower in an effort to convert her from Christianity to the traditional faith. Her father's attempt did not work and she remained christian. She was then arrested by her father who tortured her. She survived the torturing. She was then killed by two arrows through her body.
