When did St. Elvira live: in the eleventh and twelfth century
Biography of St. Elvira:
St. Elvira was first nun and then abbess of the benedictine monastery in Öhren, Germany. There is a Breviary of the fourteenth century that states that Elvira lived in the eleventh and twelfth century. At her death, she was venerated as a holy virgin. There is no further information about her life.
