Saint John Macias Figurine Models

Imagery and Representation: shown as a Dominican friar with a cross around his neck and a book in his left hand. Hand carved in Maple wood and hand painted by professional artists. Made in Italy. John Macias was born in 1585 in Ribera, Spain as the son of a noble family. Unfortunately, he lost his parents at a young age. John decided to move to Peru to work on a cattle ranch. Later, he changed his plans and entered the Dominican order in Lima as a lay brother. There, he served as a doorkeeper. Soon he became famous because of his miracles and visions. He took care of the poor in Lima and died in 1645.

Biography of St. John Macias:
John Macias was born in 1585 in Ribera, Spain as the son of a noble family. Unfortunately, he lost his parents at a young age.
