Biography of St. Juliane:
St. Juliane, virgin and martyr, was born in Nicomedia (Turkey) around 285 a.D.. Juliane refused to marry the pagan Eleusius, she said that she would only marry him if he was Christian. Her fiancé denounced her to be a Christian and so she was imprisoned. In prison a demon visited her and tried to convince her to sacrifice to the pagan gods, but St. Juliane overcame all temptations. St. Juliane was condemned to death and decapitated around 303 a.D..
